As an artist, I believe that better days and better health start with better music. I am deeply committed to cultivating hope, healing, and resilience through community partnerships and programming.

 

My 60-minute sessions aim to empower participants to find meaning and purpose through mindful meditation with music. It's an intentional moment for participants to listen, learn, and breathe easily. Together, we will cultivate a rhythm of being fully present—one day, one breath, and one thought at a time.
