Love Is The Rhythm was founded with music in mind. As an artist, I believe that better days and better health start with better music.

These 60-minute sessions aim to empower participants to find meaning and purpose through mindful meditation with music. It's an intentional moment for participants to redirect their attention from challenges to possibilities —one day, one breath, and one thought at a time.
